When I attach second RAM to the computer the colours mixing

Specs: Windows 7, DuaCore E5200 2.5 GHz
I had 2 GB RAM and 128 mb VGA in my computer.I bought second RAM(1 gb),attached it and it worked well.Then I bought new VGA-GeForce 210 and this time the colors mixing(like a rainbow).So I can't use second RAM with my new VGA.What's problem?

Your video card is faulty or has bad RAM, its not the system RAM( the sticks).

I am a hardware guy not a software guy but i try to help.

I'd suspect that either the video card or drivers are at issue. It could be the monitor or cable also. It is possible that bad ram might cause some issues but they tend to be other than video.

Hang up and live.
