Probably just about any one that will fit the slot with enough power from the power supply if it is a beefy card that requires it's own power. so find out if you have a pci express or pci express II slot, and just about any video card with hdmi should do the trick. There are some fussy one's but over-all most should work just fine.

Keep an out to see if the video card you are looking at requires power to connect up to it, if so, make sure your power supply has the needed plug for it, a lot of older ones do not, but most newer do. Just be mindful of that.

not really, I'm not a gamer or anything, ATI and Nvidia are two biggees in the business. My advice, when looking any computer parts, there are the cheap ones and the expensive kind. Always better to spend the extra money getting good product. I would want atleast 1g DDR 3 ram on the card.

You need to post your system specs. We know you have an HP & apparently have 6GB RAM, but that's all we know. If it's a slim style case, you'll need a low profile card, which means your options are limited. If you have a low wattage power supply, that will limit the choices as well. If you have a low end system, you may not even have a PCI-express x16 slot for graphics upgrades.
