what RAM speed is?

Specs: Windows 7 64-bit, 3 GHz / 4094 MB
I have a G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) in my pc, but CPUID says it runs at 667 MHz (PC3 10700). whats the problem? its there problem?

my pc is an ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 motherboard, AMD Phenom II X4 945, Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5770, Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit....

is that enough info?

1600 ddr is not the real speed, u have to divide memory clock(ddr) by 2 to get memory frequency(real). Phenom II require ddr3 1333(1333/2=667mhz), 1600 ddr can be reached thru overclocking cpu.
