it is the frequency at which ur memory(ram) runs, check ur motherboard manual or bios to know yours :)

Those are ddr2 memory speed(400, 533, 667, 800 & 1066), to get the actual frequency u have to divide Ddr2 memory speed by 2 for eg ddr2 800 mhz / 2 = 400 mhz the actual frequency.
