Specs: Windows 8, i5-3210m 8gb ram

Well. i have a HP envy m6 which has 2 GPU's An intel HD 4000 series and a AMD radeon HD7670, i would like to use the HD 7670 all the time and not use the HD 4000 intel graphics. i know how to disable them but i worry what will happen...

Why would you want to do that? You don't need high end graphics for surfing the web, checking emails, etc. All running the Radeon 100% of the time will do is reduce the battery life between charges. Do you want the CPU to run at 3.10GHz 100% of the time too? It's the same principal.

Your laptop is designed to automatically switch between the two graphics adapters according to the graphics performance that's required for the application you're running.
Using the Radeon all the time is therefore unnecessary, plus it will drain the battery faster.
