"My computer broke the sound I think i broke by motherboard according to person"

Fixing the sound should be very easy. If it's a driver issue, all you need to do is reinstall. If it's a hardware problem & the system runs well other than the sound issue, all you'd need to do is install a sound card which you can get for as little as $10-15. Please explain the sound problem in more detail & include your system specs.

Other than that, I suggest you avoid CyberpowerPC systems.

If it sparked then you did not unplug it and THAT was the biggest mistake. Even if you did not short it out in touching something, you still may have damage it just plugging the card in.
If the machine is reasonably new you may be able to get someone with more experience to replace the motherboard and possibly other components but if is older or a relatively cheap computer it would be test replacing it as you were thinking.
This is quite a bit more, but a better choice if you can afford it and from the factory you have upgrade options as well:

That computer looks OK. Dunno about how easy it is to get service on it. If you have any doubts then you might consider a local store or big name company online. I do buy a lot from Newegg but usually not an entire computer. The reviews look good. That is always a good sign.
