An Ultra SCSI 320 cable (68-pin), but if it's a LVD, you may need a controller card as well. Better ask the seller to be sure (if you're buying it).

No.

What variety of SCSI does your motherboard support? What model is it? It's very unusual for a motherboard to have SCSI connectors built in; even the server that those disks came from would have used an add-on controller card.
