Solved were is the fuse in my toshiba laptops

Specs: Windows 7
the main charger blew wen it was pluged into my laptop, the laptop worked fine after till the battery ran out now i cant charge it up, i think its a fuse in the lap top but i dont want to open it till i know wot im lookin for
Any advice will be fantastic thanks

I almost doubt there is an actual fuse on that dc input but there may be one.

More likely you burned up both the ac adapter and some part of the laptop in the process. A slim chance you only burned up a power related daughterboard. In most cases the laptop now is just parts. Never really worth fixing them unless you can prove by swapping known good parts. And very few home uses have that luxury.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

There should be a fuse in the battery pack. And fuses to protect the usb ports. Many of the fuses are actually self-resetting.
