I guess, after you plugged your WD MyPassport to your Cellphone and then back to your Win10 computer, your computer asked you to repair your MyPassport.

If so, you should NOT click the option, to repair the harddrive.
Every operating system seams to write something special at the very beginning of the drive, which causes Windows 7/8.1/10 to ask one, to repair the harddrive or USB-Stick.

You don't need and you MUST NOT click the repair option.
You can access the data on the drive anyways.

If you have clicked the repair option, you can try a recovery program like Recuva, to get back your data.

Portable hard drives aren't designed to be used with a mobile phone anyway as the phone's USB port cannot supply enough power for it. They are designed to be used with computers and some smart TVs only.

Are you absolutely sure it's showing up as drive C? Drive C is the built in drive in your computer and contains your operating system. Verify what you see on the drive, most likely you aren't seeing the drive at all.
