Waiting on cash and frozen system

September 15, 2015 at 18:37:16
Specs: Linux x86_64)
It's not a Chrome problem and also not an operating system problem, I had it with Microsoft windows 7 and with Ubuntu Linux systems on the save Toshiba laptop with USB/Keyboard problems, in the way I see it a system hardware problem.
sometimes even the caps lock light is flashing and the system is frozen, most of the times it happens under Facebook, but not always.

Your title is confusing and the main question is not much better.
You do not explain "laptop with USB/Keyboard" as to why not built in keyboard.
You say it "is frozen" but then you say "most of the time under Facebook". Is is frozen or does it occasionally freeze? Is it only when browser is open or not? Have you tried other browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer)?
When does the Caps Lock flash? When it is frozen or at another time? Or random times?

Please explain more clearly and logically without assuming we know any prior history of the machine. A model number may also be useful.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Can you post the model number of your system please? Also, look on Toshiba's site under the troubleshooting section, a flashing caps lock light is probably an error code indicator.

Perhaps a better description of what 'it' is would be helpful
