Video flickering in Hulu

Specs: Windows XP SP3
I just built up a new system a couple of weeks ago (Intel e8500 core 2 duo 3.16ghz, 4gb ram, Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R mobo, ATI Radeon HD 4350 512mb video). Yesterday, I picked up a new monitor (Samsung 204BW 1680x1050 LCD) which seems to work beautifully except when watching full screen video on Hulu. When there is motion on the screen there is a "flickering" band about 1" high approx 1/3 of the way from the top that goes all the way across the screen. Not a bad flicker, but it looks almost like the video just can't quite keep up (similar to the distortion you see when watching digital video on a slow computer, but this isn't a slow computer!) It does not do this when viewing full-screen video on a DVD, and there is no problem when there little or no motion on that part of the screen. Full screen Call of Duty 2 at full resolution also does not have this problem. Is this a video card issue or a monitor related problem? I didn't notice it when I had it attached to a 1280x1024 Dell Ultrasharp 19" monitor. It was the same with any files I watched on Hulu. Any suggestions? I can live with it, but I'd rather not...

Try a newer 'or' older driver for your video card.

Just tried the latest driver (which I thought I already had...). Didn't help. This is a weird problem.

Hadn't noticed, but yes, same problem in YouTube. I'm pretty sure the flash players/drivers are all the latest though. I'll double check.
