Video controller with yellow !

Gigabyte / M61pme-s2

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, 1.808 GHz / 1983 MB
Having just installed an ATI Radeon video card I notice that there is a video Controller in Device Manager with a yellow Shriek-Mark next to it. I am guessing this is the old one that is part of the motherboard.

It doesn't seem to be doing any harm. Do I leave it alone, or should I uninstall it?

Did you disable the onboard video & return the shared RAM back to the system? 1983MB RAM makes me think you did not.

jam,

I thought I had uninstalled the onboard video: is that the same as disabling it?
Under Properties/Resources I read "This device isn't using any resources because it has a problem." Does this answer your question?
