video card problems with duel monitor

Specs: win 10 pro, amd 8550
hi guys please help me out..

i have a packard bell imedia 3210 nothing serious just an everyday computer..

it has on-board hdmi but also a grafix port for a better grafix card..

soo I bought another grafix card with hdmi and dvi as I wanted to run 2 screens..
my sony tv as one and then 2nd input through my projector..

I installed the new grafix card and it worked for a day ..

then whenever I put the pc on my sony tv would come on but not show no signal...

ive no idea why I cant get the grafix card to work..
am running win 10 pro with 4 gig ram and amd phenom 8550

please let me know what I can doooo

the graf card I'm trying to get all this to work with is an msi geforce gt710 nvidia

hi mate thanks for the links...

the prob is more that the pc wont start up properly with the new card in..
I install it boot up and windows wont show ono my monitor...

If Your System (Mainboard) has On-Board Graphic Card/Processor (GPU), Run and Switch to BIOS Setup and Turn-OFF/Disable On-Board Graphic Card/Unit/Processor. Save Changes, Restart System and Check.
