Does your motherboard have AGP 8x or PCIe x16? There are plenty of decent cards available that will run with a 450W PSU with 22A on the +12v. Is it a decent brand name unit? Some of the lower end PSU manufacturers like to over-exaggerate the specs. What is the purpose of the upgrade, gaming? How much are you willing to spend?
