Solved using lpt ports

Specs: dos, lots/varient
any one know how to access a remote lpt port
with serial interlnk?
or a network

not for a printer but for direct port use

... above shows some commands ...it's been a while since I used that one! ... one could type interlink /? from command prompt(?)

... I've zipped up a couple of files for you that maybe of interest I believe one also works via usb cable >> download(173kb) scroll to bottom of page wait 40 sec's click download

thanks for the help
I'll take a look at the info

getting the computers interlinked and networked is easy

when you use a serial intersvr
drives and lpt ports are linked
when you use msd to look at the remote lpt port
its address is 0

what I would like to do is control the remote lpt port
for instance if I wanted to turn a led on and off using lpt
or get its input data
