Specs: Windows 7, AMD Athlon II X4 630/ 12G
i am using a dvi to hdmi conversion on my real hp monitor. i also have a regular 22 inch tv with a VGA hook up when i have both hooked up to this card Galaxy 62TPF4DC3FNZ GeForce GT 620 GC 2GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 it seems like it wants to work but i get blue screen on start up. if i connect it after i get a lil time then blue screen. could it because of the diff resolutions on the 2 displays? or is the card just not good with 2 displays?

No reason why monitors at different resolutions would cause a blue screen. I am doing just that, a 21" wide screen @ 1920 x 1080 and 15" at 1280 x 1025.

If the video hardware is not designed to drive two screens it wont, you wont get anything on the second screen. Right click on the desktop on check the resolutions, that both monitors are set to there native resolutions.

The chances are the blue screen has nothing to do with the monitors. Try running only one monitor and see if you still get the blue screen.

if i connect it after i get a lil time then blue screen.

What is it?

Why did you settle for a GT 620? And why one with 2GB memory?

We can't help without knowing the STOP code & error message on the blue screen.

if i connect it after i get a lil time then blue screen means if i unhook the second display it boots fine then i hook it up after boot it works for about 15 to 20 min then it just blues out. and i am just geting into building about 4 months ago so i was just updateing an older hp for my wife. she isnt a big gamer but she does a lot of streaming. so basicaly a budget build no reason to go all out.
