Trying to connect using AC30 verizon modem, keep getting

Specs: Windows 7
error messages. Restart computer usually helps. Checked in device manager to reinstall, said newer version was installed.

It would help us to determine what the problem might be if you were to tell us what the error messages are. Takes out the guess work.

I either get error 633 or 618. Sorry about that.

You need to contact Verizon. Only Verizon will know what those numbers mean.
