Toshiba Satellite (C850-C2W) screen acting odd

Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core i3 ~2.4GHz 4-CPU / 4 GB
I'm using Toshiba Satellite (C850-C2W). And a week ago while I was using my laptop I wanted to charge it. I forgot my charger somewhere else (not important where) so there was a charger of Lenovo net-book which is compatible (I mean feets to my laptops charger port) with my laptop. I plugged in the charger and screen started doing strange act. (act=upper and lower parts of screen blinking, going brighter and darker ). After the even when it's idle and I open it, it starts doing the same thing for about 5-10 minutes. Can someone help me, please???

Just because a charger plug physically fits into your laptop's input jack, it doesn't necessarily mean it's safe to use that charger, especially if it belongs to a different laptop.

The output voltage has to be correct, as does the centre-pin polarity (ie negative or positive), and the amps rating has to be correct.
