|I got an L655 Toshiba Windows 7 Satellite laptop with an CMOS battery problem. I took apart the laptop to this good walkthrough and was able to get to it. I had the wrong battery so I left it in it. Note I didn't touch the battery at all. I just looked. After putting it all back together the laptop screen wont come out AT ALL. The laptop stays on for just a few seconds before it shuts itself off.|
I tried taking the battery out (and charger) and holding the button for 30-35 seconds then putting just the charger back in. Then I tried it again with the battery first then the charger.
I tried shinning a light on it to see if the screen was dead and nothing along with the FN + F2. When I connect it to another.
I have been searching all day for ways on how to make it stay on but I can't find anything.
