Thermaltake offering no Customer Service

Specs: Windows 7
I have sent this company numerous emails to ask if you have received payment for my order 130812-075 which I ordered over a week ago, for a Overseer front fan, the payment was 19 Euro's and paid on my behalf by a Miss Claudia Loercher. I ordered the fan and delt with a Juan Antonio Sanchez Bueno from Technical Support.
Surely at least they can do is to respond that they have received a bank transfer or not?
I did supply them with a copy of proof of the Bank transfer.

You're probably rushing things unless it's been considerably longer than 'over a week ago'. It may not mean anything that you haven't received a payment confirmation

The Thermaltake Overseer comes with a 200mm front fan pre-installed, what was wrong with the original fan? If it was defective, it seems to me it should have been replaced under warranty, unless the case is over 3 years old?

And even if the fan isn't covered by the warranty, 19 EUR (approx $25 US) seems like a lot to pay. I know you're not in the US, but this fan is only $8 after rebate:

The case is only 6months old, but they wanted the whole case sent back to them, which me meant striping everything out of the case. They offered to supply me the faulty fan, but I had to purchase it!
Good news today they have posted the fan to me!
