Solved The problem is stated below as briefly as I know how. HELP

Specs: Windows 7 Home Prem 64 bit , AMD Athlon II x2.25u
Best waOn 2/13/2012, My wife purchased an New Toshiba laptop computer, After using the charger I found it had gotten extremely hot,(TOO HOT TO BE LEFT TO CHARGE ALONE> I at that time I registered my laptop with Toshiba , and explained my problem to Toshiba, I ordered another charger along with a storage bag , the charger and bag came, but the charger was a large unit that looked like it was from sometime yester year, I called to get it replaced, sending it back along with the storage bag, They then sent another charger with no storage bag, and the charger plug doesn't eaven fit the laptop , It was an open package and looked like it was an old unit to boot. I called customer service to return the unit either for the right one with the storage bag, Spoke with a Reo named Joe, after him giving me lip service ans aggravating me for a half hour, I had to terminate the call, I have cancer and am taking chemo, along with being 75 years , enough is enough. Don't know what kind of sway you have in such a situation, But At this time I would just as leave take the computer back along with th supposed chargers, if this is the kind of service I can expect, should I have a Problem with the Computer too. Please remove your full name and your telephone number (use edit feature) and probably your serial number since unscrupulous people may take advantage of this information.
I am advising you to take it back to where you purchased it. Get a refund or an exchange for the equivalent by a different brand. If they refuse, contact your credit card bank (hopefully you purchased it with a credit card) to cancel the transaction and get your refund that way. You were not treated properly by their customer service.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
