Specs: XP Pro, Core Duo 2,58 GHZ /2GB
Lately, I change caps on non-working TFT monitors and make them work again. Until now: I changed the electrolytic caps but there is a jittering on the screen, like spikes. Anybody knows why or if not a site/forum to get some help ..

Are you sure the caps you installed are correct? These are general "rules" for choosing replacement caps:

- same or higher voltage. Higher is better/safer.
- same uF
- same or higher temp rating. Once again, higher is better/safer. If possible, avoid caps rated at 85C or lower. Those rated for 105C or 125C should be higher quality.
- polarity must be correct

If you're sure the caps you installed meet the requirements & were installed correctly, it's possible something else on the circuit board is bad. Here's a quick youtube video about capacitors showing what happens when incorrect capacitors are used.
