Targa Laptop won't power up.

Targa / Traveller 856w

Specs: Win XP
Have a Targa traveller series laptop and just went off(screen+power) while I was using it.
I had been using it on for about an 40min at this point and I heard a slight click and it went off.
I have checked the power supply which seems to be ok.
I then tried to open the back just to see if there was anything unsual but I wasn't able to remove the whole back cover.
Does anyone know how to remove the back cover as I have removed all the 14 screws at the back but still won't come off. Any assistance in opening this?
2nd, is there another power board inside or a fuse its just totally quiet and dead?
Once inside what will I be looking for?
