Take Apart Laptop

Gateway Nv5207u notebook

Specs: Windows 7, AMD XP 3200 2.4GHz/5
I have a Gateway 5207u that I recently purchased. It seems to get
pretty warm (sometimes up to 70C) when I am playing games. I
am using a program called Core Temp; Speed Fan gives the
same readings as Core Temp. My goal is to take apart the laptop,
clean out the dust (if any) and put on some new thermal paste to
lower these HIGH temps! I've tried disassembling the laptop, but I
couldn't get it apart. I felt like I was going to break it. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

The idle temp is like 45C I believe. Somewhere around there. Is
that normal? I guess I am looking at my desktop PC and
comparing those temps with my laptop's temps.
