T500 memory upgrade blue screen

Specs: Windows 7
I have a T500 2055 Y11. windows 7 64bit I upgraded the ram to 8GB a without a Bios update and it blue screened. I updated the Bios and logged in and it blue scrrened. dump files says parity error ATI? I have not upgraded any drivers yet. This seems to be randon on different T500 from malfuct date of 03 to 05. trying to pin point this issue. it was happening even after a Bios update but on others no issue after a Bios update. any help with be greatly appreciated. new memory is crucial 2 x 4GB pc3 13333 ddr 3

The size of the memory sticks have to be exactly what the manufacturer of the mother board requires. You may have to use 4 2GB instead of 2 4GB sticks.

2 4GB DDR3-1333 (PC3 10600) crucial. I'm installing 2 sticks Please explain mal date please as it pretains to the motherboard and memory used please. Thanks

Those are the memory specs for that machine, as far as I can tell.

Run memtest86 or memtest86+. If any errors are found, contact Crucial & have the RAM replaced.
