System32hal.dl flie error at boot

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 1.595 GHz / 1013 MB
I can not get past the bios loading and then the hal.dl file is missing error.I have tried toreload win cd to go to repair but when i get to the command prompt for administrator password ican't get past it I have no password installed yet it will not let me past.

Try pressing ENTER when asked for the admin password.

Ya I tried that and just about everything else I could think of.I am considering installing a password and seeing if that does anything!! Thanks for the help

I TRIED WITH NEW PASSWORD AND RECOVERY CONSOLE WILL NOT RECOGNIZE IT,NOR ADMIN OR ADMINISTRATOR OR JUST HITTING ENTER COULD IT BE FROZE SOMEHOW

You could backup your Registry and files, making new Drive with name D:/ or what you want, put all there and reinstall your Windows which probelly is in C:/ drive. All done, next time try not deleting WIndows System32 files, or maybe it was virus who did it, so i suggest you get Internet Security it has all.

Well, i can't tell you in details how to do that all, i have other problems with Graphic Card

YA THAT WOULD PROBABLY WORK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT IF I COULD GET INTO MY COMPUTER, IT WONT BOOT...I DID NOT DELETE ANY FILES AT ALL AND I HAVE AVAST ANTI-VIRUS AND ZONEALARM FIREWALL

I can't believe you're still struggling with this after 3 months! Just do a repair installation...do NOT use the recovery console:

I THINK YOU MEAN SOMEBODY ELSE, I DID THE REPAIR ALL THE WAY THROUGH, DIDNT WORK. GOT ABOUT 80 GIG OF DATA I'M NOT WANTING TO OVER WRITE
