first time I thought the problem with the junction box, I changed it and test with other, there also same problem,
I check by replacing the power cord, no use, i thought the power in the room has problem and went to frnd room with and connected my pc. same problem presists..

"your system board is faulty need to change it"

How did you determine that?

"I am using a system which is connected to a junction box"

What is it that you're calling a "junction box"? In electrical terms, a junction box is a metal or plastic box that contains wiring connections. It usually has a flat cover plate, but it's sometimes used for a switch or receptacle.

Being that you're calling your power supply an SMPS rather than a PSU, you're probably from India. Decent PSUs are hard to come buy in your country & the good ones are expensive. A lot of people settle for the cheapie units from iBall, PowerSafe, VIP, etc. Please post the make/model/wattage & amperage specs of your current PSU. Post the rest of your system specs as well.
