system fan

Specs: Windows XP, 2048 mb
my system fan doesn`t work at all since i bought my computer
checked into PC Health Status and- 0 rpm
is this dangerous
what`s the risk ?
how to fix that

Dangerous? No.

Risk? None really; the power supply exhausts warm air.

Several reasons a system fan wouldn't show up in BIOS

1. Not a fan installed
2. Fan not connected to the motherboard header
3. Fan is connected to the motherboard but has only 2 wires.

A fan could be installed and working using a 4 pin connection to the power supply, but any fan not connected to a motherboard header won't be seen by the system.

since it isn`t dangerous, it`s relief to hear
but...
there are more problems
1. how to fix corrupted bios if no backup and cd-rom
2. how to fix dram error

What makes you believe the BIOS is corrupted? Apparently your machine boots and you can access bios settings. Right?
