Sub 60 dollar video card

Specs: Windows 7, Athlon ii x2 250/4gb
I have a firm budget of 60 bucks that I want to spend towards a pci-e graphics card. Unfortunately there are not a lot of options for under 60 dollars. I have been looking at a 9600 gt. The most graphic intense game I would play is WoW. I am tired of playing it on low settings. There are so many cards out there that I just don't know whats what anymore. I tried reading reviews. Half say card A is better, the other half say card B is better. Is the 9600 gt my best bet for under 60 bucks? Another review said the 8800 gs would out perform the 9600, but its a few bucks more. I have seen it for about 60 bucks. I understand that for 70 dollars I can get one thats better, and for 80 I can find one thats better than the 70 dollar one, but I am strict to my budget of 60. So, your opinions on the best bang for my buck?

The card listed there are weak(under 60bucks) compare to 9600gt. Go ahead and buy it(it's a good deal).

I bought the 9600 GT. I am highly impressed with it. Plays WoW at ultra settings between 45-70 fps. Now that a have a low budget rig, I might have to start getting into other games that test the hardware to its limits. Black Ops would work if i overcloced a bit. Not sure If I want to go with it on a pc platform or a console. Xbox is nothing but a dual core system anyway isn't it?. Then again ps3 is free to play as long as I have a connection. Already have a Wii. Decisions....well, thanks for your posts. All is working well and I will let you know if I blow something up.

you can't play Black Ops with a dual core cpu. it needs at least a triple core.
