Go to Crucial.com, you can enter memory type, system make and model, of have them scan the system to tell you what you need. If they have it you can purchase it from them or you can take the generic specs (or the ones you list) and Google them for other sources.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Apparently your system supports up to 12GB RAM (6 x 2GB) & being that it's a server, you should be using single rank/ECC/registered DDR2-667 modules. Why are you even bothering with 256MB? Go bigger!

That was already done. Follow the link to Crucial and use their menus or their test software and they will give you the EXACT memory to purchase. Either purchase it from them or use the info to Google or purchase from your favorite source. You cannot get simpler than that.
