Did the sound just go out or has this been ongoing?

Do you have a little speaker icon in your system tray? If so, click on it and make sure nothing is muted.

If you don't see the speaker icon, go to Control Panel and open up the Sound option. Make sure it shows that your audio device is installed.

Do you have the speakers connected to the correct audio-out port? Speakers are turned on & volume is turned up? Are you sure the speakers work? You can test them by connecting them to a Walkman or MP3 player. You can also check the audio-out port by connecting headphones.

Hi houy,
Thank you for your response.
I regret for the delay.
Kindly follow the below steps which would help us in resolving the issue:
 Verify that the speakers are correctly connected to the computer.
 Verify that the speakers are turned on and the power light is on.
 Check for and remove any headphones connected to the computer or speakers to prevent them from muting the external speakers
 Open Control Panel, double-click Sounds and Audio Devices, and verify that the sound card is selected as the audio device.

Kindly post back.

Waiting to hear from you.

Thanks & Regards
