Your system must be awfully old if it has an ISA slot. Try going to Device Manager > Sound, video & game controllers, right click on C-Media, click Properties, then click the Resources tab & see if it lists any conflicts. You can try making changes there. If that doesn't work, try changing the IRQ setting in the BIOS.
