Not enough info. We need complete specs in detail...especially the video cards & power supply.

The 32 in the mobo name indicates that the chipset provides a full 16 PCIe lanes to each slot--no jumpers or switches have to be changed to enable SLI.

The two cards must use the same GPU and have the same amount of memory.

Install the two identical cards, join them together with an SLI bridge, and enable SLI in the nVidia control panel.

I have this motherboard as well you cannot SLI in windows 7 at all most likely due to Chipset drivers (includes 32bit and 64bit ive tried both). XP will work however Xp 64 bit will probably will not (I will be trying this tonight). If you read in the motherboard's manual the chipset does not support a 64 bit OS.

I have been working on this problem for months attempting everything from video firmware upgrades on both my 8800gt cards, bios updates as well as about 10 different drivers and "sli patches" as well as a beta driver that was supposted to solve most of these issues for other motherboards. However it comes down to the crappy drivers that the Nforce 4 chip which is now considered Legacy by nvidia so dont expect any new drivers to show up.

I will give it a go on a 32 bit xp, as I have been using windows 7 ultimate 64bit, and tried xp 64bit also, I wanted to run the 8 gig ram I have and obviously need to use a 64 bit os to use the full 8 gig as 32 bit only utilizes 3 gig even if you have more than 3 gig in you system. Anyway thanks for your reply, I will let you know how it goes.

I have the same problem; P5N32-E sli with X6800, 2gigs ocz, 2 gtx 285 just bought. Sli not working! Thanks for your research, now I know what to do. In TDU, the SLI is working fine but only in stereo! ( 3DVISION from Nvidia). When the stereo is OFF, the FPS is the same with ONE card!
Thanks again.
