There is no such thing as cdfs encrypted cd.
Reason #1: CDFS stands for Compact Disk Filing System
Reason #2: Encrypted cd means the CD is copyright-protected per DMCA
Disk is an educational CD and will not play with windows 7 (64).
If your Windows 7 is 32-bits it will not play. The (64) is designed specifically to run on 64-bits operating system. By the way what is the title of this CD?
If a cd is worn or scratched it can sometimes be successfully copied and then that copy will work. If that’s the case with yours you can try that but it would be an exact copy with any ‘encryption’ intact.
In the old days sometimes floppy disks were encrypted to prevent them from being copied but I don’t think that method is possible with cds.
