Shutting off for no reason.

Specs: Windows Vista, Intel Core GHz
I have had an Asus laptop for about 2 years now. It recently has started shutting off while I am in the process of using it for no reason. I have to constantly have to keep the charger plugged in eventhough it has a full battery. Is there anthing I can do to fix this?

Make sure u use your laptop on flat hard surface, if u don't it will overheat.

... I agree with wizard-fred if it stays "turned on" with the adapter.
