Need help on hard drive configurations

I have changed my mother board from a 350 to a Aorus Elite B450

What i have is a M2 SSD with the Windows 10 on it. In the computer i also have a 2 TB hard drive. Outside the computer on my desk i have 2 Wav Link USB 3.0 HDD Docking stations with some hard drives in them.

The first problem i have is the 2TB in the computer witch i do not know exactly where to plug it on the board. Should i plug it in the SATA 0 or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5.

Then i also have on my desktop the other hard drive but should i put them as Active or Primary or Boot or another so i can see these hard drives. As of now all i see is my M2 and the 2TB
but as soon as i try to plug anything else then i do not see the 2TB anymore.

My Bios is up to date but all of this might be that the board is not set up correctly.

Any help would be appreciated

"Should i plug it in the SATA 0 or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5"
You will need to experiment..

"What i have is a M2 SSD with the Windows 10 on it"
Did you do a clean install of W10 to suit the new MB? No other drives should have connected during the install.

"USB 3.0 HDD Docking stations with some hard drives in them"
Probably, all you need to do is go into Disk Management & give them drive letters.
Then if they have jumpers, set one to Master & the other to Slave.
