Solved Should I get an i5 6500, i5 7600k, or an i7?

Specs: Windows 10
I'm building a PC for streaming/YouTube. I was wondering what processor would best fit my needs. All other specs are as follows:

Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming
GPU: GTX 1050ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8)
Storage: 250 GB SSD + 1TB Hard Drive
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 450 Watt

I'm not sure what i7 I would get but I would like to know if an i7 is worth the money before I buy my processor. Thanks!

The hardware you specify is more than adequate.
If you want online content streaming, it all comes down to resolution, bandwidth and data-rate.
The quality & stability of your home network and ISP will define your online streaming experience.

I'll let the numbers speak for themselves (you have to decide how much to spend):

But remember, graphics cards, internet-connection speed and other things also are a consideration...

Those are gaming specs, not streaming specs. You certainly don't need an i5 or i7 for YouTube.

Well then what are streaming specs? Is there really a difference?

In other words, if that is your only criteria, either on the CPU's will do the job equally.
If there are other criteria, let us know and we will tell you is it will make any difference.
In general, get the best you can reasonably afford to future proof your system.
Look into your internet connection and home networking hardware if you need streaming improvements.
Keep your system and browser 'clean' (clear of junk, cleared out history, unnecessary programs, background programs, malware) from the beginning and weekly.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
