Short in USB current Have been detected on your divice

Specs: iPhone, Intel 7700k / EVGA SuperSC DDR4 Memory
I just started building my pc yesterday and today I have just tried to boot it up. When I tried to boot it up it stars that the USB is being shorted out and will not boot. Then it will shut down or I will turn it off after 15 seconds. I have already taken the USB 3.0 out of my mothe board and I still get the issue. If anyone could help me with another solution it would be very helpful.

You need to first make sure that there are stand offs under the motherboard under all screw holes and ONLY under the screw holes. Any extra mounting posts can cause a short. Likewise any loose screw that may have rolled under the motherboard can cause a short.
More important, remove the motherboard from the case, place it on top of clean cardboard, unplug everything from the motherboard except one stick of memory, the CPU fan, CPU, and keyboard. Plug monitor into onboard graphics. No hard drive, no graphics (unless no onboard graphics are available) card, no optical drive, etc. Start the machine either with the case button or by shorting briefly the same pins the button is plugged into with a screw driver. This is called Bench Testing prior to building your system. Then once you can boot into BIOS set up, you set the primary items, shut down and proceed adding one item and booting again. memory sticks, graphics, etc.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

"stars that the USB is being shorted out"
Not understood.

If there is an error message then tell us "exactly" what it says.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
