I suppose you got no disks or passwords with the Laptop? We get many request here for help with laptops that for various reasons folks can't access. These are usually stolen laptops.

If your only problem is a Windows administrator password that would not stop you from booting to the WinXP CD. BIOS or hard drive passwords are a different story. If that is your problem then we can't help you here.

If the person you bough it from was the legal owner they should have those passwords. If not, it may be stolen.

boot up, but after windows crashing i cant be change the booting
sequence to flash or cd drive because of password(to change the
boot sequence). i think there is no bios or hard drive password.

If you can't change the boot order then there is a BIOS password.

I am not going to help you because I think you have a stolen laptop. This site does not condone that.

My advice is to take it back to the seller and get your money back.

Dell will help you if you can prove legal ownership. I think they will need the laptop shipped to them to reset the password. You can try them and see how it goes.

If you think the site you bought the laptop from is a legitimate site then why not ask them, by email, for assistance with this issue?
