Hello, just curious if anyone has links to videos/advice on what I should do once my computer is built and I'm in BIOS. I'm looking to do as much research as I can before I get to that stage. Thank you much!

You have to leave the bios, put a bootable windows 7 cd/dvd into the dvd drive and install the operating system.
For that I'm sure, you don't need any video.

No, I'm sure I can handle it! I guess what I was curious about, to be specific, if I need to do two things:

1) setting the correct RAM timings and voltage
2) I plan to have 2 SSD drives Raid 0 as my boot drives. At what stage would I handle that?

If you can configure raid level in the bios, do so.
The correct RAM timing is normally detected automatically by the BIOS.
If you don't want to overclock, leave it as is, which I recommend.
I'm generally not even a friend of overclocking.

What exactly do you hope to gain with Raid 0 ?
Why would you need that for your boot drive? Are the SSDs too small for a single drive to accommodate your operating system? The major disadvantage to Raid 0 is if you have a drive failure in either drive you lose everything. You would be better off using a mirrored array so there is a fallback in the event of failure rather than total loss.
