screw on video card plug is broken

Specs: Windows XP
The 15 hole plug that my monitor plugs into came loose because of a broken screw. I took off the side panel of the case, and unplugged this piece from the computer. I want to replace it but don't know what to call it. It is a 15 hole plug on one end with a short ribbon like cord and a 16 hole plug at the other end that plugged into my computer. Help!

I need to replace it because the screw broke inside and cannot be removed and replaced so as to secure the plug for the monitor
