Solved Saving files in random or shuffled order

Specs: Windows 7
I saved music files on sd card by number 1-70 but when i play the files they don't play in order, I was told if i number the files in order the files will play in the order i numbered them in. so much for that it doesn't work

It should have "altered" the order but you have to use sufficient zeros for this to work properly for all of the numbers. For numbers up to 99 then number them 01 to 70, so in your case just renumber 1 to 9. Make sure the files now show up in that order.

Do that first but that doesn't fully solve your issue then it is probably set to something other than alphabetical, so try clicking the columns name entry (set this to show up if necessary). A second click reverses the order.

If not let us know exactly how you are playing them because I doubt there is anything wrong with the computer.

If you rename -
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,.....19, 20, 21, 22........... 69, 70,
The order of play will be -
1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 2, 20, 21, 22...
So rename 1 to 01,
2 to 02,
3 to 03
and so on.
