Specs: Windows XP
Will a Sapphire Radeon HD 5750 PCIe 2.0 fit and work on a GIGABYTE AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 740G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard PCIe x16 slot? I'm totally upgrading my computer some but $300 is my limit and I also have to buy new RAM and a new CPU, so I have to

What exactly are you buying other than the video card? Which CPU? Whcih RAM?

If you don't already own that motherboard, choose a different one.

And I'd get better stuff, but like I said, in total my max is $300 and I'd like it to be even less then that if possible (those 4 items combined only cost $275.98)
