You haven't given much info to go on. Do you get any error messages? Does it show up in Windows as being connected? Which red lights are flashing? Has it ever worked or is this a new problem? How is it connected to the network, IE wireless or Ethernet cable?

Here's a link to download the manual. start here - http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/...

Thanks for your reply, Printer was initially set up through BT Hub, but it is now being used on only 1 computer, and has been printing for 2 years, No error message , it says it is printing but it logs the documents in the activity log and does not print them. The red lights are at the front right hand side of the printer they are usually green and blue / or yellow. This is the first problem I have came accross, it used to give message if there was a paper jam and a Trouble shooting information used to connect to the internet and show help information, but that does not happen now. I was going to uninstall it and reinstall the software from the samsung disc. I did not set up the network. so I don't know very much about that , It is connected to a homegroup, Sorry I am a bit of a novice when it comes to printer prpblems. Thank you for replying to my post. It runs Windows 7 Packard Bell Desk top

✔ Best Answer
Power cycle the printer and see if that helps. Also check the manual and see what error the lights indicate. Re-installing the drivers might help too.
