"How can i disable the drivers from prompt comand?"

You can't. You need to start Windows in Safe Mode, then uninstall the offending drivers. Then try starting Windows in Normal Mode.

Any help? I manage to get into che restore prompt comand...and i would like to reach the device manager from command line..but it doesn't accept my commands..i tried with COMPMGMT.MSC and DEVMGMT.MSC...

Unfortunately the restore command line starts with x: and not c:
