I am working with the Logitech G19's gaming keyboard,
I got an MSI Z77A-GD65 motherboard.
My keyboard doesn't work in the boot option,
sow i can't get in the bios or change boot options.

I am looking for a solution sow i can use my keyboard again when start-up and
change the boot. (got 3 hard disk's , need them :D)

You have a PS/2 port. Connect a PS/2 keyboard temporarily to enter the BIOS. There should be a setting to Enable legacy USB devices.

If you reset to default BIOS settings that value is disabled.

In addition to the above, if the keyboard is wireless, it will not work until the Windows drivers load after boot up. In this case, keep a wired PS2 or USB keyboard handy for BIOS set up and advanced boot options or replace the keyboard with a wired one.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
