Replacing a keyboard on an ibook N6497

Specs: OSx, 3.2ghz/512mb
Hi i got this from someone and noticed that the f key is dead. Is it worth getting this keyboard http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Apple-iB... from ebay? I know it is a very old thing but seems to run really well on the net(ethernet) but ofcourse the battery is dead. Would be good for my mum for a while. Might even get a battery for it. Can this machine take a usb keyboard?

3 models with M6497, all have USB and will take a standard PC keyboard & mouse, sell on ebay for around UK £40.00. OS X 10.4 is limited but still useful !

OK thanks can't seem to sort out which one it is. Not sure what is the serial number and can't see any of the other information. It does have two usb ports if that tells us something. And a firewire. The mouse and keyboard situation i do not know as i am not that up on mac hardware. Maybe the ports i see are standard to mac? Anyway will look closer when i have more time
