Specs: Windows Vista hp, Intel core 2 duo cpu p8400 @ 2.26 ghz / 4.00 gb Ram
Hi, recently i decided to re install my os due to a number of problems i was having. After going through with the install everything is working fine but i noticed my d drive is no where to be seen. Does anyone have any ideas what went wrong? i checked my hardware and its not listed there either. Not really the most computer savvy person but i appreciate any help ahead of time. Thanks

my guess is u delete all partitions and format the whole drive.
"It was on separate drive" are u sure u have more than one hdd installed? What do u see in disk management?

In disk management there is the c drive, and an e drive. No d drive. ( there was before the os reinstall) i have a feeling it did not get installed back on after the reinstalling of the os.

how would i go about deleting all the partitions and reformating the whole drive? if it didnt get installed along with everything else in the os install is it more or less a lost cause?
