Reading data off RAID 0 drives

September 2, 2011 at 15:03:17
Specs: Windows XP
I have dual RAID 0 drives that I would like the pull the data from. Can I just plug some converter cables into them and extract the data? I am fearful that windows may try to reformat them or cause some other problem. Anyone know how I can go about reading these drives.

You can try the free raid recovery tool from Runtime and try that.

http://www.runtime.org/

I bought the package of recovery tools and they work great.

They are stripped so you have to install them to a similar real hardware array controller or have the array set in bios and have software.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
