The yellow jack is video. Red and white are audio.

Windows 64 what? XP, Vista, 7?

I don't understand the question you have because if you have already RCA jacks on the front panel then you just plug in the red male to the red female connector and so on, black to black, yellow to yellow.

Yellow is Video, if you want audio also, then red and black audio is required. If mono sound is OK with you, then either just the red or black will do fine.

If your Camera has no RCA male connectors, and your PC has front panel RCA female jacks, then go to any electronic store and pick up a conversion cable. Take the Camera with you to show to the salesman and tell him "I want to connect this camera to "female RCA jacks".
